The Company
Robert Half are working with a company in Abu Dhabi, looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst/Business Advisor, must be Arabic Speaker.
The Role
The job holder plays a pivotal role in collecting, managing, and presenting relevant data and information to support strategic decision-making within the organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring that key stakeholders, including the CEO, have access to accurate and actionable data for informed decision making.
* Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
* Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
* Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of to meet company requirements, policies and standards.
* Collect and consolidate data from various sources to build comprehensive reports.
* Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
* Create and maintain data dashboards, reports, and presentations to facilitate executive-level decision-making.
* Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to MIS and data presentation.
* Develop and maintain data collection processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information, focusing on both structured and unstructured data.
* Ensure data quality through validation and verification processes.
* Create and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and presentations for CEO Office.
* Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an easily understandable format.
* Assist in preparing materials for executive-level meetings, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
* Support the CEO Office in making informed decisions by providing accurate, timely information.
* Respond to ad-hoc data and information requests from senior management.
* Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity by implementing data validation processes.
* Identify and rectify data discrepancies or inconsistencies
Requirements
The Candidate
* Proficiency in data collection and management.
* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
* Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools.
* Knowledge of MIS systems and their maintenance.
* Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations
Salary and Benefits
60,000 AED a month
