Senior Business Analyst - e-Commerce - |Retail Divisional Office

Job description / Role

The eCommerce Senior Business Analyst’s is accountable to implement technology and web solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of each project and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, project team and 3rd party providers.

Requirements

- BSc. in Computer Science or MIS with eCommerce focus.
- SAP ERP and CRM certifications is preferred (business foundation and integration, order fulfillment, extended warehouse, sales and distribution and CRM fundamentals with SAP)
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a software life-cycle.
- Knowledge of end to end business cycles
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and mutli-tasking while paying close attention to detail.
- Basic financial knowledge to help assist on building business cases
- Hands on Integrated Change Control
- Hands on lean management
- 2+ years of similar professional experience in the Analysis of eCommerce Businesses (financial experience is a plus)
- 2+ years working with ERP and CRM

Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent English skills, Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Suite of products.
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships without line authority.
