Senior, managerial buying opportunity based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates working with an award winning multi-regional brand

Having worked with this award winning brand for the past several years we have been impressed by its growth and increased footprint within the MENA region.

Due to this growth strategy the business has outlined the need to hire a dynamic, motivated and passionate Senior Buying Manager who holds excellent business acumen and is able to drive a market leading team to new heights.

Reporting into the brands senior management board you will be responsible for the overall business management and buying strategy of this home retail concept in order to maximise sales & profits through:
- Category growth & profitability
- Category merchandise planning
- Category design and quality
- Order and vendor management
- People management
- Competition research

You will hold managerial experience as well as strong understanding of big box retail, ideally within a large store, multi unit branded concept as well demonstrating exceptional sourcing & buying strategies.

Working alongside an inspiring group of peers the Senior Buying Manager will lead a business critical function and establish a true togetherness amongst the overall and wider team.

Home retail industry experience is an added advantage but if you are an excellent buying professional, who is able to live and work within Dubai, United Arab Emirates and hold considerable retail industry buying experience we would like to hear from you.
