Job description / Role
The successful applicant is responsible for all administrative functions within the Channel and the Strategic Sales Team, which focuses mainly on the SMB & Mid-Market segment.
Key Objectives:
Ensure that the Channel Business Operation is administered to perfection, including the generation of new business processes to improve the customer experience and promote efficiency across the organisation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Drives all STEP Channel initiatives: usage, manages training, sales materials availability & distribution
- Maintains regular communication to whole channel via channel tools
- Helps administer incentive programs
- Assists with admin tasks including quotations etc..
- Streamlines process for efficient execution
- Runs lead generation campaigns including sourcing of data
- Builds & maintains database of different verticals
- Designs mailers and content that focuses on the benefits versus the features, working closely with Channel partners & marketing team
- Captures & manages leads and passes to Channel Account Managers or directly to partners
- Captures all deals and financial information and passes to Sales operations
Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of experience in large matrix organisations
- Post Graduate degree in business management is an advantage
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.
- Good networking with Samsung Partners, and different internal departments.
- Strong value creation mind set and pro-active on improvement
- Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
