The Senior Client Relationship Executive also called Senior Programme Advisor will be the primary point of contact for all sales related queries, student issues and will also serve as the operational contact for course managers and students. This person will perform a wide variety of sales and communication activities for accounting and finance Professional Qualifications (PQs) including qualifying leads, liaising with Product Heads to plan and budget annual sales targets, provide sales trend analysis, research for new product launches, and liaising with Course Managers and Marketing to plan, organise and execute sales and other promotional events. He / she will work closely with Course Managers / Administrators and Marketing to ensure that all leads are converted into registered students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise / counsel queries relating to PQs including but not limited FIA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, CFA, DipIFRS, CIMA, ICAEW, PwC’s Mini MBA directing students to the best suited programmes.
- Key personnel for customer interaction, engagement and relationship building.
- Convert leads to registered students status as per the sales targets. Conduct the entire sales process from lead generation and negotiation, to closing and post-sales follow up.
- Ensure sales targets are met for:
- Incoming and outgoing calls to enquiries generated from marketing activities.
- Walk in clients.
- Cold calls.
- Contacting old or unqualified leads.
- Providing sales support.
- Liaising with Product Heads to plan and budget annual sales targets, provide sales trend analysis, research for new product launches.
- Liaising with Course Managers and Marketing to plan, organise and execute sales and other promotional events (PQs) including but not limited to open days, info sessions, workshops, field trips, student benefit sessions, School and University career fair, exhibitions and social events.
- Batch launches and close.
- Follow up with prospective students systematically and diligently.
- Communicating effectively with clients / customers, ensuring minimum response times.
- Database ownership for PQ UAE on Administrate.
- Updating and maintaining CRM to ensure validity and completeness.
- Conduct secondary research and cold calling to build PwC’s database.
- Assist in collecting payments, invoicing and liaising with finance on payment status.
- Provide back end support to course administrators and managers in addressing student needs (materials, progression advice), managing student request status, results follow up and maintaining alumni relations.
- Provide support to Corporate Course Administrators for workshops, seminars and public courses.

Requirements

- A business graduate with at least 3 years of sales / advisory experience in the professional training services.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills. Arabic speaker would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with Word, Excel, CRMs, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with Administrate or other CRM platforms.
- Must have experience in working on sales targets and cold calling.
- Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends if necessary).
- Dynamic, quick learner and proactive individual with ability to take ownership and lead teams.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
