Senior Client Renewal Advisor

Creative Zone Group is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Client Renewal Advisor to join one or group entities in Dubai.

This promises to be a fast paced and varied role where you will ensure that operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules, by reviewing work and providing advice on compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Making sure that all application documents submitted comply with the standard requirement requested by the licensing authority.
- Following up on the renewals with the clients
- Supporting the senior renewal executive in finishing the tasks as and when required.
- Achieving the monthly targets assigned for the renewals.
- Responsible in extracting, collating and analyzing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for the Management using CRM and ERP.
- Meeting clients and assisting them in filling out the forms properly.
- Booking and scheduling driver requests for clients or Renewals Agents.
- Supporting Renewals team in times of high load and absence.
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
- Evaluating business activities to assess compliance risk.
- Setting plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.

Requirements

To join our team you will have:

- Bachelors Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Previous experience in company formation and business set-up is preferred.
- Relevant background in sales is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- Currently based in Dubai
- Available to start work as soon as possible.
