Senior Commercial Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a global risk consultancy that is enjoying continued growth in the Middle East. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Commercial Manager to be based in their Dubai office.

They current seek a senior Commercial Manager who will be responsible for bid and proposal management, commercial, tendering, communication and service coordination skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage, co-ordinate and respond to formal invitations to with particular focus on strategic, high-value, multi-service line and complex multi-regional opportunities
- Drive the business qualification process
- Lead the proposal management
- Manage the internal sign-off process
- Plan and execute the bid management process
- Apply strict quality control to the bidding process

Requirements

- Minimum three years’ demonstrable experience in a dedicated full-time proposal management role
- Commercial experience in a professional services environment, including the preparation and reviewing of financial information and contracts
- Sound understanding of the sales and bid process in relation to a Middle Eastern corporate entity
- Experience of working in an international environment
