Job description / Role
Purpose of Role: Planning & Execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up and Test Run activities for TAKREER ADIA Aviaiton Fuel Terminal Project.
Location: Abu Dhabi International Airport (ADIA)
Key Relationships:
- Internal to organization: Commissioning Manager, Discipline Engineers, Construction Manager, Project Manager.
- External to organization: Customer, PMC, Subcontractor, Vendor and Government Agencies.
Reports to: Commissioning Manager
Responsibilities:
- Prime: Coordination with Construction Teams (both Internal & External).
- Lead execution of all site pre/commissioning and start-ip activities.
- Prepare, get approved and compile all documentation related to site execution of pre/commissioning and start-up activities.
- Schedule and perform Site Acceptance Tests and Performance Test Runs.
Assist Commissioning Manager in preparation of contractual commissioning planning deliverables including:
* Pre/commissioning and start-up manuals, procedures and method statements
* Sitie acceptance test and performance test procedures Work as Dy.
* Commissioning Manager in the absence of Commissioning Manager

Key Deliverables:
- On schedule completion of all pre/commissioning and start-up and performance test activities.
- Demonstrate the highest regard to HSE in planning and execution of all activities.
Requirements
- Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Experience of Commissioning Planning activities for Oil & Gas Projects.
- Experience of operating Aviation Fuel Depot.
- Have worked with EPC Contractors, with total experience of at least 10 years.
- Have done pre-comm/commissioning of Aviation Fuel Terminal.
- With hands on experience of pre-comm and commissioning of rotating equipment in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Working experience in Middle East
- Have experience in Soak test , leak test, maintenance of Fuel Hydrant Pumps & Valves
Preferably Indian and Filipino Candidates.
