Senior Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical)

Job description / Role

Our Client are well-known for their excellence in service within the fields of technology, engineering, construction and manufacturing and have a strong base history and presence within Middle East and Asia over the last 70 years.

Reporting directly to the Project Commissioning Manager as an experienced Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical) your knowledge in executing various project commissioning activities concerning to Mechanical works, familiarity of all mechanical activities until completion and handover for projects will be required. Especially this project is into Aviation Fuel Terminal Project and some experience in to this kind of projects is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Construction Team, discipline engineers, Vendors Site representative and Customer’s Operation and Maintenance engineers
- Lead execution of all site Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up activities
- Prepare, get approved and compile all documentation related to site execution of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up activities
- Schedule and perform Site Acceptance Tests and Performance Test Runs
- Assist Commissioning Manager in preparation of contractual commissioning planning deliverables including:
- Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up Manuals, Procedures and Method Statements
- Site Acceptance Test and Performance Test Procedures

Requirements

- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical
- 10+ years’ experience in EPC organization, preferably in Aviation fuel projects of which at least 4 years in a commissioning role.
