Employment: Full Time

The Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager will direct remuneration strategy and operations to support the achievement of business objectives and improve colleague engagement. Ensuring remuneration structures are fair; consistent; compliant and market competitive, whilst providing a good return on investment for the company.

Your main duties will include:
- Directing and implementing remuneration strategy for The Client to attract, motivate and retain colleagues, and to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Using appropriate local and international benchmarking, as well as feedback from colleagues and managers, to maintain a market-competitive remuneration position and internal equity. Presenting business-cases and cost-modelling for proposed adjustments (including annual reviews), and implement approved changes effectively across the business.
- Advising and making recommendations to the Remuneration & Nominations Committee on executive remuneration and group remuneration policy. Assist in package negotiations for executive appointments.
- Ensuring Company grade structures, salary scales, benefits plans, retirement plans and recognition programmes are appropriate, administered correctly and well communicated, and deliver value for money.
- Developing, managing and continuously improving short- and long-term incentive plans to support achievement of business goals, drive appropriate behavior and reward colleagues for their contribution.
- Working with tax, legal and operational departments to develop effective and compliant employment arrangements for new locations and international assignments. Participating in due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions, as required.
- Leading and developing the remuneration team to provide effective support and advice to the business on remuneration matters. Increasing remuneration capability and understanding at an operational level.
- Set and manage the departmental budget, in line with company finance policies. Assist the finance team in developing payroll-related budgets for The Client’s Group.
- Participate in strategic cross-functional and HR projects either as a team member or project leader.

Requirements

- 10 + years of related HR experience, with combination of Reward specialist, HRRM, Talent Management and HR consulting experience
- Must have professional services sector experience
- Professionally qualified
- Good networking skills and ability to develop strong network to gather market data
- Good knowledge of financial accounting and general ledger systems
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong decision making and influencing skills
