Senior Consultant - Page Personnel Secretarial Recruitment - Recruitment Agency Background required

Michael Page are currently looking to hire a Senior Consultant for our Page Personnel Secretarial recruitment team in Dubai, covering the Middle East region. This successful individual will network with our already warm base of contacts (candidates and clients) with the objective of further developing the business and focus on placing mid to senior Secretarial professionals across the region whilst providing a high level of customer care.

This is an exciting and high potential opportunity for the right individual. This is a warm desk/discipline for the successful individual to step into and we have an impressive book of clients to be developed from already warm relationships.

Key elements of the role include:
- Calling clients and developing new business and relationships
- Networking, developing and managing ongoing client relationships - both on the phone and face to face
- Negotiating contracts and agreements
- Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals
- Maintaining candidate networks in given industry
- Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles
- Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages
- Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
- Working as part of a team to maximise commercial performance
- Providing market knowledge and consultancy advice to employers

Requirements

- A proven track record within a recruitment consultancy running specialist desk end-to-end.
- Strong networking and client development abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
