Senior Corporate & Finance Lawyer

Job description / Role

JEX Personnel are looking for a lawyer with a banking/finance leaning

Whilst the candidate would be based in the Corporate & Commercial group and would undertake general commercial work as the bulk of its workload (at least initially).

However this individual will have the opportunity of handling lending or finance related work which the client receives from time to time such as legal opinions for lending transactions, dealing with security over assets, etc.

Budget for this role will depend on candidates experience and qualifications.

We may ask candidates to verify their last drawn salary and employment history.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Ideally candidates will:

- Be based in the UAE
- Proven track record with Corporate, Commercial and Banking transactions
- Minimum of 5 years of PQE
- Ideally have been admitted, if not educated, in a Common Law jurisdiction
