Senior Corporate Lawyer - Dubai
Senior Corporate Lawyer - Dubai - Saudi Exp a requirement
Exclusive Role - International Law firm.
Must be within a law firm at this stage - ideally an international firm.
Search is assisting an International Law firm with their expansion in the GCC and are seeking a senior level corporate lawyer, with experience and exposure to the Saudi market, to be based in their central Dubai office.
The firm has been based in the GCC for a number of years and have had some solid exposure to the GCC region. They are seeking a an experienced corporate lawyer, familiar with UAE and Saudi Arabian lawyers to join their growing team in the UAE.
However the candidates focus will be the Saudi Market. Prior experience in a must and candidate will be expected to generate work within this market, alongside traveling to the kingdom as a when is necessary.
The firm have an established history in the GCC and are ideally seeking individuals who have at least 4 years experience operating in the Middle East, ideally within an international law firm. However it is a senior post so prior exposure is required.
Requirements
Candidates will need to be common law admitted. Ideally in a recognised Common law jurisdiction and received training from a leading law firm.
The focus will be corporate law so candidates would be well versed in:
- Corporate M&A's
- Joint Venture agreements
- Commercial agreements
- IPO's
- Foreign investment
The salary and package will be determined by the calibre and level of candidate. Suffice to say it will be at an international London rate - 150,000 - 120,000.
