Senior Cost Manager (Turner and Townsend - Abu Dhabi Office)

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Cost ManagerĀ to work on a variety of projects in the Property sector (Hospitality / Residential / Commercial / Health / Buildings etc...)

Key Duties:
- Reporting into the Associate Director the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be required to help lead the team on the full range of commercial activities such as valuations procurement contract administration cash-flow variations and settlement of final accounts.

Key duties will also include:
- Assisting with accounts selection and payment of subcontractors measurement of works valuations and commercial responsibility for all project financial matters
- Efficient and economic running of specific refurbishment or fast track fit-out contracts
- Preparing financial reports
- Preparing estimates of works
- Assisting in the procurement of subcontractors measurements and payment of subcontractors
- Preparing and submitting cost plans
- Cost reporting/ forecasting

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have experience including:
- Consultancy experience
- Post-tender analysis
- Preparing bills of quantities
- Cost managing live projects
- Procurement
- Subcontract analysis and final account settlementsĀ 

You will also have the following skill set:
- At least 5 years post-qualifying / graduating experience
- Stable career history with previous employers
- Strong surveying and measurement experience
- Must be confident driven and able to work in a high pressure environment
- Middle East experience is an advantage
- MRICS qualification is an advantage
