Job description / Role
AED11000 total package plus 42 calendar days off, no flight ticket given.
On behalf of our client a leading international private aviation firm that is based near Terminal 1 we are looking to recruit a European Senior Customer Service Agent.
Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for facilitating the arrival and departure of private aircraft and their passengers, render personal service to VVIP passengers, prepare and present crew flight brief, greet and welcome passengers and assist with loading luggage on and off aircraft
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have a minimum of 2 years customer service preferably within the aviation sector, experience in dealing with VIP passengers, hold a UAE driving licence and be fluent in written and spoken English.
Please note the company operates a 6 day working week,3 days off 8.5 working hours per day on a morning/afternoon and night shift pattern.
