Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Running the Demand module 2 times each month to decide the replenishment process for each of our markets.
- Developing shipment forecast for beans product range SKU's based on demand module
- Communicating shipment forecast to all markets to develop final PI's for shipment, production & material planning
- Managing and creating safety stock policy per SKU per market.
- Monitor and manage the finished goods stocks in distributors and GFI warehouses.
- Updating rolling forecast every month including promotion uplifts and different marketing & sales activities
- Managing demand review meeting with sales, marketing & production teams.
- Managing monthly S & OP meetings to discuss forecast figures and upcoming company challenges
- Working on Oracle system software demand forecast modules
- Developing CPS for promo projects to ensure delivery on time & right quantity for different customers
- Measuring IMS & Shipment forecast error vs. actual sales to monitor forecast accuracy
- Measuring variance between target & IMS forecast monthly using MAPE methodology.
- Participating in company planning strategy along with material and production planners & Supply chain director
- Monitoring and announcing the results of company demand budget analyses in 12 month full plan, in monthly phase.

Requirements

- Understanding the alignment of all functions in the process, and integrating the details to map out the architecture of this function will be one of the key challenges for the incumbent. Expectation is for the incumbent to study our sales pattern, draw up the in- market forecast and align or challenge the sales managers with his/her findings.
- Bachelor degree from a well-known university.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in leading FMCG organization with exposure to demand planning areas and marketing and sales analysis.
