As a Senior Design Architect with front end design skills, you will play a crucial role in shaping architectural projects from inception to completion. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and designers, you will contribute your expertise in creating exceptional designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, sustainable, and forward-thinking.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process, from conceptualization to detailed design development, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines.
- Employ a user-centered design approach to create innovative architectural solutions that meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate engineering principles into the design process, ensuring structural integrity and technical feasibility.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of site conditions, regulatory requirements, and environmental considerations to inform design decisions.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and visualisations using industry-standard software and tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design, and apply them to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

To be considered:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university in Europe, US or Canada
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design with life cycle experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in front end design skills, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually stunning and functional designs.
- Strong expertise in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of sustainable design principles and the ability to integrate them into architectural projects.
- Proven experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with external consultants and contractors.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious, award-winning projects that shape the skyline of Dubai. Middle East experience is not required to be considered.
