Senior Design Architect - Client side - Retail Group

Job description / Role

This well regarded Retail group are seeking a Senior Design Architect to lead projects within their asset from design to completion, from concept, detailed planning, material specification, contractor evaluation and award, to site supervision and control.

Working with renowned International Concept Designers, this individual will be crucial in driving a new design direction and adding innovation to their current brands and projects.

Requirements

With 10 -15 years post graduation of a Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, this individual will have proven A to Z experience of design to delivery on site, of retail projects ie. malls, large anchor, department stores.

This person will be an excellent conceptual designer with portfolio showing strength in hand sketches with the ability to produce 2D and 3D documentation and presentation images.

Excellent knowledge of retail design and trends required, with expert knowledge of UAE building regulations and codes.
