Senior Design / Development Manager

A local international group is looking for a Senior Design/ Development Manager who will lead the identification and execution of strategic real estate opportunities by analysing the market demands and create the best and highest use of the real estate assets with the potential of higher financial returns.

As a Senior Design/ Development Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
* Monitor market trends in the real estate sector and participate in the setting of the organisation development plan
* Assisting in developing the project vision and strategy to cater to market requirements.
* Identify along with the relevant stakeholders the detailed components of each subject development.
* Assist to create the strategies of execution of the design and the delivery of the project.
* Participate in the selection of the consultant teams responsible for the delivery of the project.
* Ensure that all applicable procedures are implemented and that systems are being utilized in the manner intended.
* Decide the best asset to be developed in a particular location according to market trends and analysis
* Must communicate effectively with all levels of management

Requirements

* Bachelor in Engineering or Architecture (Essential)
* Work experience in the field of real estate development
* Engineering or Architecture experience
* Rich experience in business development in local market
* Leadership experience to bring multi-disciplinary teams in alignment.
