This US firm has been in the Middle East market for over 10 years and has a wide ranging portfolio. A smaller operation currently, they are looking to expand the studio here and are looking for Senior Designers who will help drive the next stage of their Middle East expansion.

This opportunity is for a Senior Designer - Principal to join their collaborative team, in company wide - flat structured - organization. This individual will lead new business opportunities, have direct client liaison, hands on conceptual design responsibilities, working closely with their International studios to oversee the design management of projects and project management of external consultants for delivery of projects. Very Hands on role.

This role is for Dubai, however they will also take the same profile for their USA - West Coast studios for a similar role in either San Fran or LA.

Requirements

This person will have a wide range of skills, the traditional sense of an architect who can creatively design and deliver a project, with excellent communication skills for presentations to high level clients, and working together with well regarded external engineering consultancies.

With Around 15 years post graduation of a Bachelor in Architecture and Registration, this individual will have a wide range of project exposure: new build healthcare, cultural, hospitality, mixed use, high rise, from concept to completion.

Due to the flat structure of this organization, this individual will be an energetic, self motivated, team orientated and bring a positive work ethic to the organization.
