Job description / Role
A leading worldwide property developer is seeking to recruit extremely bright,driven, and talented senior development managers.
The role will be to work on a major mixed use project which will be bigger and more complex than any project ever attempted in the GCC. You will be expected to be able to manage all aspects of the Development Cycle including the ability to liaise with potential investors and deliver complex presentations.
A proven track record of having worked in reputable international companies is very important. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is ambitious and wants a chance to be exposed to and be part of something very special
Requirements
The ideal candidate will come from a strong development background and have a stable work history, experience in the middle east is not required and in fact it is preferred that candidates come from outside the region.
You must have had previous experience of managing the entire development cycle and also be able to work under immense pressure and happy to be "thrown in the deep end" at times. WE are also looking for younger people at the earlier stages of their careers
