Are you a well-connected, Retail focused Digital Executive based in the Middle East who is looking for an exciting new challenge?

We are currently recruiting a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with 4 years of experience across all digital channels such as websites, mobile applications, social media and analytics tools, to join our brand new Chalhoub Own Concept Department Store.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for implementing the brands digital marketing strategy and assisting the Digital marketing team in optimizing the brands digital campaigns and engaging with its customers online.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing actions to follow the digital strategy of the brand and drives online conversation
- Managing existing brands Social Media pages
- Responding to customers requests made via social media, email, forum etc.
- Launching and managing new social media pages for the brand
- Creating and organizing content for distribution on online platforms
- Doing community management: managing and growing online community as well as driving online conversation
- Monitoring brands online performance (read analytics and recommend action plan) as well as competitors online activity
- Implementing the strategy to drive traffic to website (online advertising, links, bloggers outreach etc.)
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the brands website
- Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role

Requirements

- Degree or certification in marketing (ideally an MBA)
- At least 4 years of all-encompassing digital exposure (website, mobile, social media, analytics etc)
- A deep understanding and insights into the Middle East digital consumer base
- Expansive network of regional digital influencers (bloggers etc) highly preferable
- Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs.

Linguistic Skills
- English: Excellent written and spoken required
- French: preferable but not necessary
- Arabic: highly preferable but not required
