At least 8 PQE+

A leading firm based in the UAE, Dubai, are seeking a Senior Level Attorney for their Dispute & Litigation team in Dubai. They are ideally seeking a common law admitted construction attorney with some level of exposure to the GCC.

The firms is well regarded in the dispute field having build up a practise in the DIFC and looking to build upon this with this particular hire. The firm has in position several high level clients who are using them exclusively as outside counsel on Arbitration and Court proceedings.

Requirements

Ideally candidates will have been admitted in a recognised common law jurisdiction and have at least 8 years PQE+. Candidates will have a proved track record in contentious dispute matters and be confident in their ability to advise and assist high profile clients in the region.

All candidates will be
- Common law admitted
- Confident is contentious dispute matter
- Have some level of client facing experience.
- Have worked alongside several GCC based client and familiar with the market.

Ideally candidates will:
- Be based in the GCC
- Have several clients they are confident will move with them
- Be able to speak Arabic

The client is seeking candidates who are committed to the region for the long term and looking to make a career move.

Salary is dependant on the candidate in question but salaries will be at least £130,000+ full package
