Senior Engineer Production - Trim Line

Job description / Role

Objectives:
- Information, Co-ordination in planning, implementing and reporting of all activities to production volume. Quality & material issues.
- Information & Co-ordination about vehicle production planning, materials and quality.
- Corrective & preventive actions, Man Power Planning.
- Handling of Non Confirming Parts ( Timely reporting in red Table)

Main responsibilities:

GENERAL MANAGEMENT TASKS:
- Planning & execution of task to achieve Monthly production targets. Monitoring of progress of the production process. Keeping updates of the associates on a day to day communications/training measures.

PLANNING:
- Man power planning, Line up of material for smooth production

PRODUCT QUALITY:
- Ensuring fitments quality in Bus assembly. Focus on DMP – reduction Chassis & Final PDI aspects.

COST MANAGEMENT:
- Focus on Over time within targeted budget & reduction of comsumable/process costs.

Reporting to: Manager
Duration: Permanent Position

Working Hours: Normal GCC Working Hours
Travel requirements: No

Requirements

University Qualifications: Diploma – (Auto, Electrical & Mechanical)

Specialist knowledge: Experience: 4-5 years

JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Final Line, Paint Knowledge, Trim experience, Bus body knowledge

JOB SKILLS:
Sheet Metal or Paint Knowledge. Basic Excel/Computer Knowledge.

Language Fluency: English
