Job description / Role
- Provide statistical information for quality improvement by identifying testing methods and samples.
- Perform adequacy reviews for flow down of QA requirements to implementing documents and quality affecting processes.
- Assist in defining/developing Quality Program status indicators, performance measurements and reporting requirements.
- Assist in development of quality system processes, i.e., records management and document control, control of electronic data, software development and control, etc.
- Participation in the development and review of project documentation.
- Assessment of systems to identify deficiencies and participate in resolution of issues found.
- Assisting the director in managing the outsource contract effectively and efficiently
- Routinely review regular inspection data and prepare statistical and operational performance reports.
- Managing the quality and safety of the outsource contracts
- Updating the departmental quality and safety procedures and processes
- Assisting the director in preparing the annual budget
- Carrying out benchmarking best practices in quality and safety
- Assist the director in managing the Purchase Requests for materials & services related to the department.
- oversee the tendering process and award of the contracts
- Update the departmental processes and procedures with regard to the contract management
- Prepare and submit the monthly reports to the director
- Accruals open LPOs for contracts & non inventories.
- Manage all of the Property Damage Reports for Insurance Claims
- Review Property Damage reports.
- Prepare Monthly Engineering Reports for Finance (Individual Reports, Break downs, etc.)
- Review Energy Report
- Review & Approve Process DEWA Bill
- Prepare Asset Transfer Form as and when required.
- Support Budget preparation team.
- Implement other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years Experience in equivalent experience.
- Experience of leading and conducting internal and external quality audits, and surveillances.
Training:
- Computer courses (MS- Office, Word and Excel)
Special/Additional Qualification:
- CMMS Software /Oracle ERP
