JOB TITLE: Senior Engineer - Turnover

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Development of Turnover procedures as per the Corporate and Client contractual requirements
- KOM with project and Client team
- Collection of engineering drawings from different disciplines.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Quality and IT to finalize completion system and database.
- Ensuring implementation of approved Check sheet templates
- Maintaining records of Latest revision of drawings (Turnover MDR)
- Maintaining record of DCN and FDCN and As-built Drawings
- Marking - up of drawings as per subsystem boundary.
- Developing and managing launching templates based on the latest revisions.
- Population of CMS Database
- Development of Mechanical completion, Pre-commissioning, and commissioning Dossiers
- Setting up offshore projects
- Ensuring the compilation of the dossiers are based on the contractual requirements.
- Issuing of Check and Test sheets as per Completion Database.
- Issuing tri-party MCWD notifications to Company
- Entering of completed check sheet to the CMS database and generation of daily/weekly reports.
- Entering of Punch List to the Punch List database and generation of daily report.
- Entering of completed punch items.
- Follow up of Completion handover certificates.
- Identifying all the SCE (Safety Critical Elements) follow up with QC, Field Engineers
- Development of turnover documentation (ex: Punchlist procedure, handover procedure, etc)
- Client coordination and interface
- Attending Management Meeting with higher management of the Company, Main Contractor & Client. Preparing the minutes of meeting and issuing the same to the concerned
- Conduct Weekly/Daily meetings with Project Team/Subcontractor to ensure all the required information was provided on time.
- Checking and monitoring NCR, SCN & STQ
- Coordinate with all engineering disciplines to issue master tag register.
- Software support

Requirements

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Should have good computer skill. Able to control both hard and soft documents. Good Inter personnel and communication skills
- Offshore Project experience
- Graduate or Diploma in engineering with a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in project completion system or Database management.
