Job description / Role
MacKenzie Jones is currently working in partnership with a leading financial institute in Dubai to recruit for a talented senior Executive Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional EA to join an organisation where there are excellent prospects at the same time as supporting an award winning CEO.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Act as first point of contact to internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to screen the requests before they are relayed to the CEO.
- Efficient Diary management
- Drafting important and confidential reports and documents
- Arrange and facilitate meetings called by the CEO
- Take on any problems that arise to take pressure from the CEO to ensure smooth running of the CEO office
- Travel arrangements managing costs and negotiation on tickets, travel and accommodation
Requirements
To be successful in this role,you will be an extremely professional and corporate Executive Assistant. Having a proven track record in supporting at board level is essential for this role.
You will take pride in your appearance and ensure that you are immaculately presented at all times.
The successful candidate will hold a degree preferably in a business management capacity and be fluent in English spoken and written.
