Job Summary

Global Village is part of Dubai Holding Entertainment and have an exciting career opportunity. We are looking to hire a Senior Executive - Park Operations. The position reports to Director – Operations & Facilities Management.

The Senior Executive - Park Operations will work closely with the departments for the management of daily park operation in line with Global Village strategies and objectives through effective coordination with all departments and authorities in the most coordinated and guest friendly manner that ensures achievement or exceeding stakeholders’ satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities (Includes, but not limited to the following)
• To comply with Global Village Vision & Mission and integrate work ethic to reflect Global Village Values
• Preparing the Daily / Monthly and Season Analysis for all Service Providers and Stake holders Cases.
• Proactively support the upgrading of Salesforce annually and ensure the system incorporates the process improvement to adapt to the changing business needs.
• Preparing and handling the Furniture inventory list (In & Out including the scraping process) to ensure accurate data on stocks are always available
• Ensure all calls are supervised and logged and reported on time to appropriate management for proper resolution
• Monitors queue line to ensure it is open to proper length and free of all hazards, trash and debris.
• Prepare daily/seasonal reports in Power BI and ensures all issues are documented, reported to appropriate management and repaired.
• Provide innovative initiatives and support with new technology implementation ensuring the team is efficiently prepared for any possible situation
• Perform on the job training for all staff including the OCCC agents and Park Operations Inspector
• Ensure Park inspection, snagging, case study, analysis, reports, insights and auditing are done on time.

• Proactively check the presentation standards for attractions and document any missing show elements and report them to the appropriate department for resolution

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Electrical, Mech or Industrial)

Minimum Experience
• 5 years and above on operational field, at least 4 years relevant experience in facility management for retail or office properties and theme parks would be desirable
• General understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes

Job Requirement
• Working 2 shift during GV session and 1 shift during off season
