Your Role:

As a Senior Executive in IT Procurement, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process for all IT-related goods and services. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

- Lead the procurement process for IT-related purchases from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors for IT goods and services, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
- Create Manual PO for asset goods.
- Co-ordinate with Accounts and finance for vendor registration process and vendor's payment.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing, volume discounts, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT managers and department heads, to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the procurement function.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor/master's in business administration, management operations, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3+ years of Procurement/Supply Chain experience.
