The TSA Group has been instructed to search, select and secure the services of a strong GCC based candidate for this very lucrative role. Our client is looking to fill a position of a Senior Facilities Manager to manage the end to end property management process, whilst supporting the company’s growth objectives. In this position you would be developing and delivering a high standard of quality maintenance and other FM services across a diverse range of property. The management of the FM team’s performance, motivation and development are a major accountability.
Scope of works:
- Manage direct reports and overall staff in the FM department
- Oversee the management of service providers on-site at the respective properties so that procedural, quality, performance, health and safety standards are met
- Ensure that risk assessments are conducted regularly and control procedures are in place for each property regarding FM activities to fulfill legal and company requirements
- Lead and direct the preparation of annual capital and operating expense budgets for all properties and ensure that operations are managed within authorised budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Engineering or other relevant discipline
- Minimum of 10 years within Facilities Management / real estate sector with at least 2 years working in a Facilities Manager role.
- Strong budgeting/accounting skills
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Experience in UAE / Abu Dhabi real estate market with knowledge in applicable laws and regulations
- English: Advanced level / Arabic: beneficial
