Senior Facilities Manager

Power Group requires BE or BTech Mechanical Engineer to join as a Senior Facilities Manager with over 10 years of experience in the management of a maintenance organization or maintenance business, preferably in the facilities management industry.

To ensure that all the operational delivery aspects of the service contracts are delivered in an effective, efficient and professional manner to the complete satisfaction of all of our direct and indirect clients.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience with a SERVICE PROVIDER managing Facilities Management contracts in UAE/ GCC out of which 5 years in a senior role with proven Operational management experience.
- BE or B Tech Mechanical Engineer.
- Extensive experience heading multiple FM contracts simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and thorough knowledge in due diligence, bidding, and costing FM proposals.
- Excellent customer management skills and should be able to meet contractual KPIs
- Experience managing subcontractors, specialist service providers, and a team of staff efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Good communication skills and ownership qualities.
