Senior Finance Analyst

Argyll Scott is working with an International F&B business who are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.

With the CFO being in charge of Finance & HR & CSR & Legal, you will play a central role in the Finance team of 5.

The main focus for the position is to ensure relevance and reliability of all financial information. You will also contribute to position the Finance team as a true business partner with other departments.

Under supervision by the CFO, you are notably responsible for the preparation of all financial reporting (incl. cash and consolidation). You also support the forecasting & budgeting processes, coordinating with other departments when and where required.

The Senior Financial Analyst is supported by a junior analyst whose main focus is the reporting & forecasting of the top line. You will provide hands-on support to Marketing on A&P reporting and analysis.

Role & Responsibilities
- Timely monthly reporting on P&L (by market by brand) and cash: gap analysis and comments
- Responsible for all reporting to Asia/Holding
- Assist management in preparation of annual budget and strategic planning
- Support to Sales & Marketing & Operations to identify/ maximize opportunities (e.g. development of A&P ROI tool)

Requirements

- Degree qualified
- 3-5 years experience within a FMCG business
- Analytical mind-set
- Passionate and motivated
