Senior Finance Manager - Dubai

Our client is a MENA-focused investment and advisory firm based out of Dubai seeking to appoint a Senior Finance Manager in its thriving business and is offering a promising career progression potential.

The role will be to lead and manage all activities of the Finance team overseeing financial aspects of company strategy and being responsible for the flow of financial information to the Management Committee.

You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the company complies with all audits, accounting and reporting requirements as set by the regulatory bodies in the markets which the business operates as well as the management of any financial risks that occur in the business
- Preparing and presenting accurate, timely and regular financial or business documents to the Board
- Managing company policies and procedures regarding but not limited to accounts receivable and accounts payable, finance audits and cash flow management
- Taking charge of all compliance issues including US tax implications

Requirements

- CPA holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience (this is mandatory)
- Must hold a Western European or US passport for ease of travel (applicants who do not meet this criteria will not be contacted)
- Must be located in the GCC
- Hold a Bachelors degree or higher
- Sound finance background
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Dynamic personality
- Solid financial analytical skills
- Research orientated, having an intuitive grasp of business economics
- Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage finance audits
- European or US exposure would be advantageous
- Experience in dealing with project finance would be desirable
