WSP Middle East are currently looking for a Senior Forensic Planner to be part of the ongoing project in Riyadh.

Your new role, what's involved?
* Assist with dispute resolution and claims planning matters on multiple projects, including construction scheduling, delay and disruption analysis for infra and Assets
* Project based tasks to include fact-finding to detailed analysis, quantification of delay and damages, delay modelling, and strategy formation.
* Demonstration of critical paths & consequent disruption etc. Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
* Development of the master and construction schedules, liaison with works package contractors to ensure all programmes are consistent with the construction schedule.
* Demonstration of entitlement to EoT occurring as a result of delay/ disruption/ loss of efficiency. Production rate analysis and work cycle analysis to demonstrate entitlement to EoT, drafting of claim and negotiation strategy.
* Development of the works baseline programme using Primavera P6.
* Other responsibilities also included defining the notification requirements under the contract for EoT and setting up a standardised system to ensure compliance.
* Preparation in anticipation for the defences to counterclaims and advice regarding retrospective analysis for EOTs, prolongation costs, disruption, programme critiques and delay analysis critiques.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* A Degree in Engineering
* Minimum 10-15 years post-graduate experience with minimum 5 years' GCC experience
* Extensive experience with consultancies
* Previous experience in Planning, Forensic Delay Analysis, Claims, Project Controls and Project Management
* Good knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle for infrastructure projects in respect to planning, cost and schedule control
* Good knowledge of the design process and construction methodologies
* Experienced Project Controls professional with good technical skills (i.e. critical path, earned value, etc)
* Experience in the application of Primavera P6, on infrastructure projects
