Job description / Role
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other multimedia content to accompany social media posts, brochures etc.
• Manage and schedule social media posts and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and graphic design.
• Coordinate with suppliers
• Any other task assigned by the management
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and community engagement.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.
