Senior Healthcare Architect

Job description / Role

- Lead the administration and the successful delivery of the design services contract with our clients.
- Lead and manage the design team including specialties sub-consultants, and shall be responsible for the appropriate coordination between all stakeholders on the Project(s).
- Possess extensive experience in Healthcare Design and Planning that includes space utilization, estate control planning / development control planning (includes master planning and phasing), brief development/client needs analysis, full design, procurement and contract management.
- Possess strong healthcare architectural design experience, coordination and decision making skills, adequate technical backgrounds in engineering systems for healthcare facilities.
- Possess strong analytical, project management and technical writing skills.
- Lead a team of architects and engineers in the design process to ensure the production of timely, high quality, and functional work while conforming to local and international standards of professional practice.
- Initiate and manage proper architectural design, medical planning, and follow through the various stages of design to guarantee the delivery of functional, efficient, and well-rounded facilities incorporating the latest trends, standards, and cater to client and end user.

Requirements

- Healthcare Planning/Healthcare Architect experience of at least 5+ years
- University (Bachelor) Degree in Architecture, Master Degree is a Plus
- Project management skills
- Excellent command of English
- Leadership skills
