Senior HR Administrator

Job description / Role

Our client a global professional services company is looking for a Senior HR Administrator to join their operations in Dubai.

Role will support the Dubai office with general HR matters.

- Manage staff relationships, promptly respond to queries and manage expectations.
- Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements.
- Work in partnership with line managers on Compensation and Benefits policies.
- Help to drive organizational performance by driving core business objectives.

Requirements

- Compensation and benefits experience is essential
- Role will support Dubai office with general HR Matters
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic is a plus.
- Preferred international HR qualification and/ or relevant experience
- Experience of UAE Labour Law.
- Experience in working in a professional services environment ideally
- Ability to work with little supervision
