Senior HR Business Partner - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Dubai

We are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to be based in Dubai. The purpose of this role is to act as a trusted advisor to management on all human capital management matters. The Senior HRBP will ensure a keen understanding of the business so as to implement HR strategies and practices that support robust business growth, reinforce a culture of performance focus, meritocracy and diversity, and compliance with Group HR policy.

In liaison with the HR Director, the Senior HR Business Partner will translate the business strategy into annual action plans. His/her responsibilities areas will cover organizational development, learning & development, employee relations, business partnering, manpower planning, recruitment and HR policy.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have a degree level qualification in Psychology, HR or Business Management. An additional CIPD qualification is desirable.

He/she must have at least 5-7 years experience working as an HR Generalist together with previous minimum 2 years experiences as a HR Business Partner.
