Employment: Full Time

Senior HR Contracts Administrator

• Managing database and documentation for over 6,000 staff.
• Capable of professionally managing confidential information and upholding the strictest data protection.
• Comprehensive understanding of MOHRE and UAE Labor Laws.
• Exemplify strong attention to detail and possess superior organizational skills.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology.
• Ensure effective communication between departments and proactive resolution of Client concerns.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Full Employment Visa, Medical Insurance, Annual Flight ticket, and Industry Training.

Requirements

• Results oriented, strong drive and urgency whilst creating possibilities for the team to succeed in a changing environment.
• Learning agility to master new skills and business operations quickly, and excel in an SLA and timebound service delivery operation.
• Strong problem identifying and problem-solving skills.
• A resilient employee who can handle a large workload and new challenges.
• You will manage multiple projects with shifting deadline pressures.
• Requires excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree educated.
• Minimum 5 years' HR experience.
• Proficient in IT database management including being an efficient and quick typist with knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
• Current Visa Status: Visit / Cancelled.
