Job Purpose:

- Employee Shared Services employee is a contributor role with responsibility for responding to requests for information and provides guidance on the correct place to access information.
- Manages the performance (service, productivity and quality) of a team of HR Executive delivering day to day services to all employees and managers.
- Provides high quality and consistent advice and support in a cost effective and efficient way, to positively impact on employee's effectiveness, efficiency and confidence.
- Supervises the administration of the end to end HR transactional activities associated with the employment cycle.
- Actively engages in the continuous improvement of the Shared Services Department.

Key Accountabilities / Tasks:

- Deliver a quality and professional service to all employees.
- Manage a team of HR Service Executives to ensure the team meets its objectives.
- Provide a role model for team members and coach and develop individuals to ensure they reach their maximum potential.
- Supervise the delivery of end to end transactional administration activities associated with the employment cycle for all employees and managers;
- This include Global and UAE off boarding end to end/ on boarding for UAE candidates.
- Employee support from pre joining to post leaving Fetchr and all other things in between the life cycle of an employee @ Fetchr
- Monitor and evaluate the performance levels within the team with a view to identifying ways of improving performance levels.
- Develop and monitor Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery.
- Plan resource needs and manage workload distribution, allocation of tasks and monitor service levels.
- Ensure workflow processes are actioned in a timely and consistent manner.
- Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems.
- Responsible for the Global credential creation.
- Focal point with the Health Insurance provider, work in getting and providing the best service to our employees. Coordinate with provider for Additions, deletions, claims processing and renewal for UAE (HQ and WH).
- Managing designation changes.
- Monitor escalation of queries to improve front line service and support.
- Provide monthly HR reports to the HR Manager.
- Develop plan and deliver team induction for new hires and ongoing training in partnership with Learning and Development Officers; when needed.
- Deal effectively with employees complaints and service related issues, liaising with HR Manager when needed.
- To undertake any project work relevant to the activities of the Shared Services Department, as requested by the HR Manager.
- To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.

Perform any other task/activity that might be assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, or other relevant field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in human resources service delivery experience or related field.
- Clear process focus, systematic.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels in the organization.
- Customer service focused.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be extremely well-organized, able to multitask and prioritize.
- Need a positive attitude, attention to detail, patience, and persistence.
- Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
