Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading Fotune 500 business with regional headquarters based in Dubai. They are currently seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join their growing HR function in the region.

Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, this role will encompass a full generalist HR position and will support the business and it's associates in HR activities spanning across all specialist areas including:

* Learning & Development
* Performance Management
* Compensation & Benefits / Rewards
* Talent Management
* Employee Relations & Payroll

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow and develop themselves with a top tier organisation. There is potential for this individual to progress into a HR Manager over the next couple of years.

Requirements

People are at the heart our clients business and as a result culture fit will be paramount.

Our client is looking for someone who has gained a solid grounding in a generalist role with a well known multinational company ideally within a top tier FMCG, Retailer or F&B / Restaurants business.

Experience of managing external partners or franchisee management will be highly advantageous. Arabic speakers will be preferred.
