Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded company based in Dubai. Our client is a leader in their field and is looking to hire a Senior HR Manager.

You will be responsible for managing the research, design, publication and, through the HR Business Partners, ensure the implementation of HR policies ensuring compliance with local legislation, corporate philosophy and alignment to business needs. Key to this function is management of communication of new / existing policies throughout the organisation.

You will also be responsible for the design, planning, implementation and development of remuneration strategies in liaison with the Director of HR, based on detailed knowledge of comparable practices both within and outside the company industry. Thus ensuring that the policies will enable attraction, retention and motivation of a high calibre workforce.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or post-graduate diploma in HR management or CIPD. You should have a minimum of 10 years experience, of which at least 5 years should be at management level. Advanced use of Excel and other Microsoft applications is essential, as is an in-depth knowledge and use of statistical techniques necessary for analysis and reporting. Experience in HR project management is advantageous. Our client has stated a preference for a male candidate.
