Senior HR Manager - Operations

Job description / Role

A large locally owned business with a strong footprint in the country, is seeking a Senior HR professional to be responsible for all HR operations within the business.

The role is 100% operationally and administratively focused.

- Manage employee relations, taking action where required and sitting in on employee meetings
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
- Monitor employee benefits and salary information
- Ensure line managers are completing appraisals and performance reviews and set up necessary training where required.
- Onboarding and induction process for new starters
- Develop new polices and procedures and roll out to employees
- Monitor employee engagement and suggest improvements to management when necessary

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will be happy in a very busy operational position.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate stability and dependability on their CV so long tenure in previous roles are required. The organisation is looking for someone who is comfortable in a local business and can offer commitment for the long term.

Candidates need to have at least 6 years experience in a HR Manager position.

Male candidates would be preferred. Western or Arab nationality.
