Job description / Role
• Plan and manage the short and long-term functions of the Human Resources in the Group.
• Monitor and ensure that Human Recourses Policies and Procedure are followed and Implemented in the Group.
• Develop guidelines explaining HR procedures and train relevant staff members.
• Support and uphold the values and goals of the Group concerning hiring, employee relations, supervision and disciplinary action.
• Responsible for payroll Processing.
• Prepare Annual Leave Plan and ensure proper replacement of employees and handover during leaves. Monitor attendance and verify punch-in timings submitted by operations.
• Issue personnel letters (like: employment offer letters, employment Offer Letter, salary certificate, no objection certificate, experience certificate, etc.).
• Ensure proper documentation procedures of employment and after termination/cancellation.
• Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system.
• Follow up on the progress of employment application like visa, Emirates ID, etc.
• Prepare periodic analytical reports concerning employees’ matters in the Group.
• Participate in preparing HR Budget.
• Manages disciplinary and grievances and issue letters.
• Verifies any incident internally or externally related to employees and raise needed reports to management to decide on disciplinary action.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection process.
• Support daily and operations and engage with employee relations.
• Support the professional development of the team.
• Training and on-boarding of employees during induction.
• Coordinate in planning in-house or external (outsourced) training activities.
• Field inspections to Farms / any related entities as assigned by the manager in a Monthly basis.
Requirements
• Proven experience as Senior HR officer, administrator or other HR position
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
• MBA in HR is Mandatory
