Job description / Role
• Administration work including maintenance of employee files, drafting contracts, leave management and HR software
• Maintaining calendar and supporting documentation for employee performance reviews
• Inducting employees onto pension scheme and managing payroll
• Retail recruitment support including assisting with open days, recruitment drives, placing adverts, initial candidate screening
• Ensure thorough background research/reference is conducted with all candidates when required
• Provide coherent weekly reports as requested
• Familiar with UAE Labour Law
Requirements
• 3 + years experience in recruitment/HR In a beauty SPA or Clinic
• Attention to detail
• HR Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive outlook and hard-working nature, strong coaching skills
• Two roles available (Abu Dhabi & Al Ain)
