Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: To maximise the value of outbound travel to Britain from the Gulf Markets by delivering the B2B marketing plan. Responsible for driving strategy for retail and commercial operations and management of B2B marketing projects including trade co-ops and product development for GREAT consumer campaigns. While providing excellent market intelligence and customer insights; and coordinating performance reporting to ensure delivery against the regional key performance targets.

Key areas of responsibility:
- B2B marketing management
- B2B relations and key account management
- Budget management

Annual Package: AED 160,000 – AED 190,000
Deadline: November 18, 2015

Requirements

- Work experience in tourism bodies / aviation / hotels
- Excellent communications skills with an ability to communicate on a regular basis with a wide range of stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
- Strong public speaker, able to create and deliver presentations
- Proven analytical skills including the ability to interpret numerical and written data, identify trends and provide contextual reports
- Good budgetary & value for money awareness
- Previous experience of using a content management system and good knowledge of database management system
- Attentive to detail, vigilant about accuracy and relevance of information being managed
- Good understanding of the travel industry sector with strong relationships with partners already in place.
- Demonstrated understanding of Gulf markets and UK travel industry
- Knowledge and positive interest in Britain and its tourism product
- Flexible/positive “can do” attitude, a team player
- Able to manage projects autonomously
- Resourceful and creative; thinks outside the box
- Focused and self-driven, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Highly developed organisational skills
