Senior Interior Designer

Job description / Role

Objectives:
- To Deal with our client Design needs
- To achieve professionalism and accurate results
- Eliminate possibilities of failure or miss understanding
- Fully understand and professionally put in all design ideas as well as details in a formal manner.

The senior interior designer will be responsible of the following:
- Dealing with our clients demand in term of design
- Dealing with our clients demand in term of Estimation
- Dealing with our clients demand in term of FF&E recommendation.
- Dealing with our internal demand of all the above as well.
- Reporting on the daily process and work load achieved.
- Able to come out with smart design ideas that are logical to achieve in reality.
- Able to explain the design to all the related people within the team.
- Experienced in Auto-cad, and 3D the designer will be requested to meet deadlines so experience in all programs is very very mandatory.
- To have a background in Estimation, Quoting, and sales. Is a plus and will increase your chance of being the right candidate for this opportunity

Reporting to: Team of manager and mainly to the managing director
Subordinates: Draftsmen, and Admins
Other interactions: Sales and Management
Number required: 2
Duration: 2 year Contract
Desired start date: 1st of October, 2015
Probation: 6 Month
Working Hours: Sat- Thur form 9am - 6pm
Travel requirements: None
Gross monthly base salary: Between 8,000 - 12,000 AED depending on the candidate qualifications
Commission / Bonus: On projects (Subject to project size and management decision)

Requirements

- Interior design or Architecture degree
- A minimum of 4 years experience is required.

Specialist knowledge:
- Auto-Cad
- 3D- Max
- Archicad (Not Mandatory)
- Photoshop

All other knowledge in different programs will add quality to the candidate application.
