Job description / Role
- Experience in the Hospitality Design Sector
- Good understanding of operational requirements gained through exposure to premium hotel / restaurant operators.
- Good product and technical knowledge of FF&E items.
- Good detailing skills
- Excellent skill in space planning
- Good interpersonal relations to enable positive and productive communication with client and ascertain design goals required from initial briefing.
- Ability to lead overall design concept in conjunction with Design Director.
- Awareness of importance of programme and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work on several projects concurrently.
- Ability to work well in a team.
Requirements
The Candidate must have experience in major hospitality projects and a portfolio to show these examples.
They should be experienced in interior design and not at an entry level. They should have good product and technical knowledge of FF&E.
