Senior Interior Designer - Dubai - UAE - Hospitality - Immediate Start

Our client is embarking on an innovative construction project based in Dubai with an internationally renowned hotel chain, they are seeking a candidate with the relevant experience and creative flair to spearhead this entire process. This will be the first project of many and you will be a key decision maker within head office.

The Role
- You will be involved in the design, interfacing and supervision
- Preparation and development of the team (shop drawings, reviews etc)
- Organising the internal design team and development of projects
- Liaise with external design team and clients throughout process
- Will be expected to be in charge of the office on occasion (approx. 4-8 designers)

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in interior design/architecture
- At least 5 years’ experience within Hospitality Design in the Middle East
- Must be immediately available – based in UAE
- Management experience is essential
- Educated to relevant industry recognised diploma/degree level
- Use of : Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, OS Operation System
- Must be extremely organised, self-motivated with excellent communication skills
