Senior IT Support

Job description / Role

• Provide End user IT Support.
• Act as a bridge between Desktop Support and the IT Infrastructure Team
• Manage the organisations Information/ Electronic Data systems
• Meet the organisations business needs & Use IT Resources effectively
• Support all audio-visual equipment
• Support all end user hardware
• Trouble Shooting

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Candidates Must Have:

• Minimum 7-10 years in all aspects of Technical IT Support
• BA Degree in Computer Science or IT
• Must have various certifications in either CISCO, HP or Microsoft Certifications
• Must have Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise/Professional/Windows 8/ including in depth knowledge of Office 2016/13
• Ground floor support experience with a formal help desk application preferred
